Ratatouille and Company strives to provide refugee and immigrant women with the tools they need to become empowered, independent, and successful in the culinary arts. Through server and chef training we teach the skills necessary to work not only at our own high end events, but at elegant top tier restaurants in the tri-state area. Women that we have worked with have gone on to work at some of the best restaurants in the area, including the Jeans Georges group. Beyond culinary training we also provide a general support system that encourages growth and fosters the confidence necessary to become productive members of their own communities.
